Our selection process is quick and consists of four steps
We recruit, select and hire trainees throughout the year. Our selection process is quick and generally consists of the following steps:
- CV screening
To assess academic results, international experience and affinity - A Skype interview
To get to know you - An online assessment
An analytical capabilities test - A final, face to face round
With senior management at one of our offices
This involves a business case presentation and a personal interview
Right after the final round, a decision will be made as to whether or not you will be offered a place on the programme.
